Undefined Radio App Privacy Policy

Effective October 24, 2026.

This policy covers the native Undefined Radio iPhone, iPad, and Android apps operated by Rogue Storm Media. It does not replace the separate notices for websites you choose to visit.

Listening without an account

You do not need to create an account or provide your name or email address to listen. The app does not contain an account system, advertising identifier integration, third-party analytics SDK, microphone recording feature, or location-permission request.

Live streaming and service providers

The app connects to Radio Cult to play the live station. Radio Cult and its service providers may process your IP address, approximate location inferred from it, device or browser information, the station accessed, and connection times. This supports stream delivery, audience measurement, geographic access controls, abuse prevention, and service security and reliability. Radio Cult handles station listener information on the station operator's behalf.

On-device features

Playback controls, the sleep timer, AirPlay selection, and the sponsor gallery operate through the app and Apple's system features. Sponsor images are bundled with the app. The gallery does not load an advertising-network SDK or send sponsor-click analytics.

External links and optional support

Friday Night Football opens Mixlr in your browser. Optional station support opens Ko-fi, and the station website opens Rogue Storm Media. These services have their own privacy practices and may receive information when you visit or use them. Listening does not require a tip. Payment details entered on Ko-fi are handled by that service and its payment providers, not by the native app.

Support requests

If you contact us, we receive the information you choose to send, such as your email address and message. Do not send passwords, payment-card information, or other unnecessary sensitive details. Website contact forms are separate from the app.

Retention and privacy requests

Radio Cult states that its analytics provide 12 months of historical listener data. This analytics-history period is not a verified deletion deadline for raw IP addresses, connection logs, backups, or security records. Radio Cult's public broadcaster privacy policy does not specify a fixed retention period for each of those records. For the retention period applicable to a particular streaming record, or to request deletion, contact us using the address below so we can coordinate with Radio Cult. The native app does not create a separate listener-history database. Information you voluntarily send in support correspondence is handled separately from streaming records; you can request deletion through the same contact address.

To ask about access, correction, or deletion of personal information connected with the station, contact theroguestormmedia@gmail.com. Requests involving streaming records may require coordination with Radio Cult. We may need enough information to identify the relevant records and verify a request; do not send sensitive identity documents unless specifically needed.

Children and device permissions

The app is a general-audience radio player and has no child account or profile feature. Live programming determines content suitability. No precise-location, contacts, photos, or microphone permission is required for the native listening features.
